I was handed this cat in the courtyard of a small apartment building—a place where unwanted pets are often abandoned—and a woman had been fostering her temporarily. I have no idea why anyone would want to get rid of such a beauty.

When I met her, she was no longer quite a kitten—I think she was about a year old.

This cat wasn`t entirely an indoor cat: at first, she often asked to go outside and even jumped off the fifth-floor balcony.

She had fleas and ear mites. A flea collar, a bath, and drops helped.

She hasn`t been spayed, and I haven`t taken her to the vet even once the whole time.

For the past few years, she hasn`t gone outside at all. She doesn`t need much; she meets me at the door and sometimes plays with the chinchilla.

I`m not very good at coming up with names for animals. At first, I called her "Little Paw," and now I call her "Nasty" She doesn`t respond to either one.

Little white Nasty.

She always sleeps with me; she usually lies down at the foot of the bed.

Nasty is absolutely white, without a single colored spot or stripe.

Most of the time she sleeps, but sometimes she tears around the room like crazy.

She doesn`t overeat. On average, an 85g pouch of wet food and a little dry food are enough for her for the day. Sometimes I give her meat—chicken breast or beef.

The cat is quite jealous. She doesn`t like it when I`m not alone, and she starts demanding attention.
